What types of furniture do you offer?

We offer a wide range of office furniture! Including chairs of all types, desks for any space, an array of storage solutions, tables for any application and so much more!

We also offer custom solutions to meet your unique needs. If you have a special order, or you can't find a product online, contact us here!

Do you deliver interstate?

Unfortunately at this stage we are not able to deliver our furniture items interstate, however we work closely with third-party logistics to make shipping possible. 

If you are interested in our products and live outside of Victoria, Australia, please contact us here so we can assist you with your order. 

What is your return policy?

All products, excluding sale items, purchased from Rose Office Furniture may be eligible for store credit only, which is valid for 12 months.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?

At Rose Office Furniture we work with some of the best international office furniture manufacturers, who are committed to providing the best quality possible.

Our products are covered by manufacturers warranties and come with a 12 month peace-of-mind guarantee against defective materials or workmanship on all products.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order online through our website, In store, or by calling our customer service team on 1300 767 363.

Our team will be happy to assist you in placing your order.

What happens after I order? 

After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
Our sales team will be in contact with you after we are notified of your order, at which point we will be able to discuss with you potential delivery dates and times.

What is your lead time for delivery?

Our lead time varies depending on the product/s you have selected. Larger items tend to take longer because of the nature of the piece. Office Chairs and smaller items are usually dispatched within 2 days.

We will always work with our customers so they are able to receive their orders within a timely manner, however, if we are experiencing high demand it may take longer. 

Do you offer assembly services for your office furniture?

Unless otherwise stated, our furniture items come pre-assembled. However, some items of furniture will need to be assembled on site. 

Large quantity orders and Fit-outs will have an assembly fee associated with their orders. Should you require a large product order or wish to enquire about fit-out solutions at Rose Office Furniture, please contact us here

What is the weight capacity of your chairs? 

The weight capacity of our office chairs varies depending on the product. Should you require a higher weight capacity, please contact our sales team so we can help you find the best solution for you. 

Do you have a showroom where I can see your products in person?

We sure do! Our showroom is located at 211 Ingles Street, Port Melbourne.
